Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient admissions and discharge workflows, ensuring smooth, timely service
- Manage bed occupancy and availability across the hospital
- Ensure compliance with hospital and CCHI policies
- Collaborate with departments to reduce delays and optimize patient flow
- Coach and lead a team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Monitor and audit patient data accuracy for operational and financial integrity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- 6–10 years’ experience, including leadership in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of CCHI rules & IFCE certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and team management skills
