Admission & Discharge Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee patient admissions and discharge workflows, ensuring smooth, timely service
  • Manage bed occupancy and availability across the hospital
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and CCHI policies
  • Collaborate with departments to reduce delays and optimize patient flow
  • Coach and lead a team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Monitor and audit patient data accuracy for operational and financial integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • 6–10 years’ experience, including leadership in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of CCHI rules & IFCE certification or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
