Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist clients, both Arabic and English-speaking, as they enter the clinic
  • Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic’s calendar
  • Provide accurate information about aesthetic services and procedures offered
  • Assist clients with the check-in process, including completing necessary forms and updating records
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean, organized, and comfortable
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verifications as required
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and understanding

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or relevant setting
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and managing clinic operations
  • Proficient in computer applications and electronic health records systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
