Job Description
Providing specialized dental care and expertise to patients with complex dental conditions and specialized treatment needs. In addition to, delivering advanced clinical services, consultations, and treatment recommendations tailored to each patient’s unique oral health requirements.
Primary Responsibilities – Technical:
- Instruct patients on how to care for their mouths and teeth on their own
- Increase clients through marketing services and creative practice options
- Examine and diagnose patients via routine check-ups and tools such as x-ray machines
- Consult with patients about dental options to discuss treatment of the mouth and teeth and ensure that no treatment has commenced without taking the informed patient consent
- Keep accurate records of patient visits, diagnosis and treatment as per policies in force
- Implement clinical treatment of mouth and teeth conditions such as gum disease and tooth decay within the clinical privileges allocated and granted
- Use dental materials and supplies adequately and within the evidence-based best practices
- Recommend both prescription and non-prescription products, such as toothpaste, mouthwash, etc., for optimal care of patients’ mouth and teeth and general health
- Stay updated on patient care, new technologies and new products that can improve or treat patients’ conditions or improve overall health
- Keep all certifications, SCHS & MOH registrations and insurance current in accordance with national laws and regulations
- Maintain sanitary environment for patient care and examination
- Implement all policies in force including, but not limited to, infection control and patient’s records
- Always maintain patients’ confidentiality and privacy
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver a professional and excellent dental care
- Refer any procedures not included in the granted privileges to the respective specialists in My Clinic, when available, and to another healthcare facility when not available
- Timely attendance to all patients’ appointments according to the assigned schedule
- Collaborate with the dental assistant to maintain a tidy, presentable, and professional dental clinic
- Professional representation of My Clinic in the community
- Performing other professional duties as assigned.
Education / Professional Qualifications:
- Education Degree: Bachelor degree in dentistry
- Years of Experience: (2) years’ experience in a recognized facility in the clinical area of choice
- License: Valid SCFHS license as General Practitioner.

- Excellent Command of oral and written English & Arabic.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent clinical skills, including diagnostic abilities, treatment planning expertise, and procedural proficiency in the specialty area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical conduct, and professional excellence in specialized dentistry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in specialized dental practice management and patient care.
