OnTime Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable DHA Assistant Nurse to join our Homecare team for Doctor On Time. In this vital role, you will assist in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while providing support to the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication reminders
- Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Help patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and health practices
- Adhere to established infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families to foster a supportive care environment
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in home healthcare or similar nursing environments is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing situations
