Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
- Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies
- Manage and document patients’ treatment plans, medications, and progress accurately
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in home healthcare and relevant nursing techniques
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
