Echo technician/ Cardiac Technician

Job Description

Responsibilities

• The Eco Technician provides timely and accurate non-invasive cardiac ultrasound testing and transoesophageal echo studies as required approved protocols and procedures
• Know and adhere to the principles of Echocardiography, including technical factors, equipment function, transducer selection, patient care and safety
• Setting up and calibrate echocardiography equipment before each procedure to ensure accurate diagnostic images
• Must be able to communicate with medical/technical personnel and patients
• Maintain patient confidentiality and document test results and final reports in the patient’s medical records
• Provides high quality patient care considering age specific, developmental and cultural needs through competent practice and application

Requirements
License: DHA/ DHA Eligibility letter
Languages: Excellent command of oral and written English
Job Type: Full-time
