Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce infection control policies and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
• Provide staff training on infection prevention and control practices.
• Monitor and report infection data, trends, and outbreak responses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing, Microbiology, or related field.
• Certification in Infection Control (e.g., CIC) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infection prevention and control and 3 years within management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge in CBHAI and JCI accreditations.
