Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking to hire a Learning and Development Executive who’ll be responsible to support learning initiatives for employees.

As a L & D Executive, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing training programs which includes scheduling, logistics, maintaining training records, attendance tracking and reporting.

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting employee onboarding and development initiatives and assist in evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback for improvement.
