Essential Job Functions:

- Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, including Napheis policies.
- Oversee medical service operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures in medical procedures and patient care.
- Collaborate with administrative and financial departments to optimize healthcare services.
- Conduct training programs for medical staff on compliance and best practices.
- Analyze healthcare data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Address and resolve medical service-related issues and complaints.
- Establish relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Napheis and Insurance regulations and Saudi healthcare compliance standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
