Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations, including Napheis policies.
  • Oversee medical service operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and enforce quality control measures in medical procedures and patient care.
  • Collaborate with administrative and financial departments to optimize healthcare services.
  • Conduct training programs for medical staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Analyze healthcare data to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Address and resolve medical service-related issues and complaints.
  • Establish relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Napheis and Insurance regulations and Saudi healthcare compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
