Nurse Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead the nursing staff in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- A Master’s Degree or post-graduate studies in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
- a valid DOH license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Supervisor within a tertiary hospital setting.
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation facilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Arabic is required
- Proven leadership ability and experience in managing nursing teams effectively.
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
- Strong initiative and the ability to make independent, sound decisions when needed
