Job Description
This role works as part of the wider Corporate Learning and Development Function within HR that also includes Leadership Development and Professional Development to support and drive learning opportunities and growth for NMC employees.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with facility management teams to identify learning needs and design training programs than enhance the skills and capabilities of UAE National employees.
Implement initiatives that support the career growth and progression of national talents, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars and learning initiatives to deliver impactful learning experiences, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Work closely with HR to establish and implement performance evaluation processes, providing insights for individual and organizational development.
Develop and oversee mentorship and coaching programs to connect national talents with experienced professionals, fostering knowledge transfer and professional growth.
Maintain awareness of learning technologies and integrate innovative tools to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of digital and blended learning initiatives.
Collect and analyze data on learning and development metrics, preparing regular reports to assess the impact of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Willing and able to travel across the country as needed for training sessions and other learning initiatives.
Carry out education administrative tasks using a range of tools in order to ensure that learning programs run smoothly including Microsoft Office
Ensure that accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and evaluations are maintained.
Tracking and updating new joiners and leavers of UAE nationals.
Establish and maintain partnerships with external agencies and organisations to identify and access development opportunities for UAE nationals.
Follow up on the attendance and training of line managers
Qualifications
Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of UAE Culture and considerations in workforce development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
Proficiency in learning management systems and other e-learning technologies.
Able to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in designing, implementing and administering, learning and development programs.
