We focus on delivering specialized rehabilitation services to individuals with complex medical conditions. We are looking for a passionate and committed Outpatient Patient Experience Supervisor to join our dynamic team and enhance the patient journey at SRH.

Role Overview:

The Outpatient Patient Experience Supervisor is a key position that ensures a seamless, efficient, and compassionate experience for all outpatient services. You will oversee patient interactions, advocate for patient needs, and implement best practices that enhance patient satisfaction. Your leadership will contribute directly to maintaining high standards of care and patient engagement within our outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the outpatient patient experience team, ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient feedback, implementing improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient flow and ensure smooth outpatient services.
  • Oversee patient onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize patient communication and engagement.
  • Train and mentor outpatient staff on best practices in patient experience.
  • Review and analyze patient satisfaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards regarding patient care and experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in patient experience, healthcare customer service, or a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE.
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English is mandatory
  • Experience in Trakcare is a huge advantage
