Job Description

Your Role:
The Physiotherapist will identify and assess the physiotherapy needs of the patients, in consultation with the clinicians. The role will identify and advise the Rehabilitation Manager in the procurement of equipment in the area of specialty and to keep abreast of the latest developments in the profession. And keep the safety and interests of the patient uppermost at all times and provide service that is comparable to the accepted standards in your profession.

Your Responsibilities:
ï‚· Perform and administer physiotherapy treatment / session, planned by the Consultant for all in 
& Out Patients.
ï‚· Emphasize towards patient care as well as the safety satisfaction of patients.
ï‚· Achieve the goal and objects as instructed for the patient and department by consultant.
ï‚· Seek the advice of consultant concerting charges occurring for the condition of patient even
before termination the planned program of treatment.
ï‚· Report the progress of the patient and to maintain department statistics.
ï‚· Supervise the Physiotherapy technicians and implantation of all aspects of Physical Therapeutic
Exercise and Physical modalities.
ï‚· Responsible for the safety of the patients and safety and security of all machines and 
equipments.
ï‚· Maintain safe functioning equipments by regular checks and requested to purchase the 
accessories.
ï‚· Adhere strict to the infection control and implement with technician and other staff.
ï‚· Train the technician to achieve high standard and quality of the treatment and orientation of 
the policy and procedure for all staff and new staff as well.
ï‚· Comply special restrictions pertaining to Emirates laws and customs

Education & Experience:
ï‚· Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from a reputed institution. 
ï‚· 2 years minimum experience in similar position and in a hospital set up will be preferred. 
ï‚· Strong communication skills are required. 
ï‚· Must be a computer literate. 
ï‚· DOHMS license is a must. 
ï‚· Fluent in English is required. European National is preferred.
