Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales performance targets by executing brand strategies and marketing objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, the market landscape, and competitive dynamics to drive sales performance.
  • Plan and execute customer interactions effectively, ensuring meaningful engagement with HCPs.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, positioning AbbVie as a trusted partner in patient care.
  • Share market intelligence with in-field teams and brand managers to support strategic decision-making.
  • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and disease area experts.
  • Ensure compliance with AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in Home Country
  • Experience in culturally similar markets (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, etc.).
  • Newly relocated to the UAE and actively seeking career opportunities.- No Prior Experience in UAE.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • High adaptability and willingness to learn in a new market environment.
  • Commitment to the six-month program, with a passion for growing within the UAE
