Company Information:
We are a German scientific office providing the latest advanced technology in the field of medical device, instruments, disposables, machines and complete closed and open systems in laparoscopic surgery, Endoscopic surgery, orthopedic surgery, spinal and cranial surgery, and long-term care for over than 15years.
We are seeking a Product Specialist who will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices/products to healthcare facilities & professionals The primary goal will be to increase market share, meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Assess client’s needs and present suitable promoted products.
• Present product information and deliver product samples.
• Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts.
• Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences, and hospitality.
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
• Achieve sales targets, regularly monitoring business plans to make sure achieve this.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
• Monitor sales data to make sure resources are effectively allocated.• Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products.

Qualification:
• 2+ years of experience in the UAE market, preferably with medical devices
• Experience in Laparoscopic Devices, DVT, ICU devices mandatory
• Required Background: Medical Representative, or any medical-related field.
• Role requires excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of products & procedures.

*We are seeking candidates who can cover various parts of the UAE and are willing to travel.
