Product Specialist 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Detailing & Promotion:

• Conduct in-depth product detailing and demonstrations to aesthetic doctors in aesthetic clinics.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and usage of our aesthetic products.

🔹 Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong rapport with doctors , purchasers and clinic staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Develop long-term partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.

🔹 Demand Generation & Sales Growth:

• Proactively work on creating demand and increasing product awareness in the market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive product adoption and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

🔹 Clinic Visits & Fieldwork:

• Visit aesthetic clinics regularly to follow up on product performance, feedback, and reorders.
• Support clinics in product trials, training sessions, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

✔ Medical background (pharmacy, biomedical sciences, or a related field)

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE aesthetic industry

✔ Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, dermatology, and skincare products

✔ Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role in the UAE

Education: Medical background required

License: Valid UAE driving license
