Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Orthopedic Surgical products.
- Establish and implement sales objectives and goals.
- Consistently achieves and exceeds Annual Sales Targets by planning, organizing and managing all sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors and hospital purchasing team by proactively arranging appointments through both pre-arranged appointments or regular cold calling.
- Develop and deliver professional presentations to surgeons and medical staff.
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate records of all stakeholders.
- Track and analyze competitor activities and products.
- Explore markets in order to identify new sales leads, opportunities and industry trends.
- Represent the company and engage with industry professional at Medical Conferences and other events.
- Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field i.e. Biomedical Medical Engineer, Medical Technology etc.
- 2-5 years of sales experience related to Orthopedic Surgical products.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Mandatory UAE Work Experience
- UAE Driving License
