Quality Officer 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with DHA standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols.
Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for DHA inspections and accreditations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality and patient safety.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Officer in a healthcare setting, with a focus on IVF or reproductive medicine.
In-depth knowledge of DHA regulations and accreditation processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
