- Systematically collect, process, and analyze data sets using statistical methods.
- Develop and maintain databases by integrating data from various sources and creating scripts for efficient data evaluation.
- Conduct thorough data mining, generation, and visualization to derive actionable insights.
- Participate in monthly reporting focused on RCM functions.
- Establish KPIs based on historical data and monitor department performance against these metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and deliver insights to aid decision-making.
- Extract insights, identify patterns in data, and project future trends.
- Maintain tools for resource and performance management.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare provider settings or with health insurers/TPAs.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Oracle BI, and SQL.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare coding systems (ICD, CPT, DRG); certification in coding is a plus.
- Strong communication skills within diverse, multicultural teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
- Good organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues.Â
