Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systematically collect, process, and analyze data sets using statistical methods.
  • Develop and maintain databases by integrating data from various sources and creating scripts for efficient data evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough data mining, generation, and visualization to derive actionable insights.
  • Participate in monthly reporting focused on RCM functions.
  • Establish KPIs based on historical data and monitor department performance against these metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their analytics requirements and deliver insights to aid decision-making.
  • Extract insights, identify patterns in data, and project future trends.
  • Maintain tools for resource and performance management.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare provider settings or with health insurers/TPAs.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Oracle BI, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare coding systems (ICD, CPT, DRG); certification in coding is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills within diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, fluent in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
  • Good organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and recognize when to escalate issues.
