Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and ensure a strong

market presence, achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

  • Deploy resources with regard to market dynamics and selling strategies for each trade channel.
  • Devise market segmentation and geographies and ensure JPs of sales team are planned accordingly.
  • Responsible of executing all promotional activities and trade marketing activations on time and as per the guidelines.
  • Collaborate with trade marketing and category teams to tailor promotions and activation for each customer per channel.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and devise GTM plans to achieve revenue targets in collaboration with other departments like marketing and category teams.
  • Build primary and secondary visibility plans for all customers to increase the Share of Shelf and lead initiatives to increase market shares.
  • Produce monthly forecasting reports for the region to evaluate how well his team is doing in achieving targets and budgets based on the revenue streams month on month.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships for all customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Manage A&P budget and track trade spend. Raise the claims on timely basis and keep record of customer documents and contracts.
  • Analyze ROI by customer / account and take corrective measures to secure profitable business and maintain budgeted margins.
  • Responsible of identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base of the region.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for sales optimization. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
