Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Bayan Medical Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and maintaining long-term relationships with key healthcare decision-makers. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
  • Monitor progress towards sales goals and adapt strategies to meet evolving market conditions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies and approaches based on insights gathered from the market and competition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, including expanding the customer base in existing markets.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to ensure they fully understand the features, benefits, and proper usage of the surgical equipment.
  • Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale support for clients.
  • Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring that all products are delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms for the company while fulfilling client needs.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and enhance visibility in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring all data is up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a similar medical field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • A proven track record with 8 years of sales experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical equipment market in the UAE and broader healthcare industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE as needed to meet clients and attend events.
