A leading government healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in medical claims, finance, and revenue management.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month
- Additional benefits as per UAE labor law
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field or Diploma in a relevant field with three additional years of experience
Desired:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field
- Recognized accountancy qualifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
Required:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
Desired:
- Experience in a large healthcare facility
Additional Requirements:
Required:
- Proficiency in English
- Strong skills in MS Office and general computer proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
Desired:
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple issues simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all policies, terms, and conditions related to claims processing
- Prepare revenue reports and manage the claims process
- Oversee training and development within the claims department
- Maintain high standards of customer service in the department
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and performance
