Responsibilities

Operations – Ethical Practice

  • Communicating with management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Monitor operational performance including department and doctor wise.
  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and present budgets and cost estimates for campaigns, balancing quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to address them.
  • Analyzing data and making recommendations to senior management regarding changes to improve efficiency or reduce costs
  • HIS pricing Finalization & Integration
  • Regular Operational rounds of the clinic to check for any issues and ensure smooth performance. 
  • Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to improve digital health record management and appointment scheduling systems.

Customer Service

  • Adhere to the Clinics/Hospital’s mission.
  • Monitor call center metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction) and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure implementation of new call center software / centralization.
  • Establish feedback loops to collect, analyze, and act on customer insights

Staff Management

  • Enhances the working environment through teamwork and mutual respect of others.
  • Motivates and encourages self and others to achieve team, and organizational goals.
  • Utilizes critical thinking skills when making judgements, managing conflict and solving problems/issues.
  • Demonstrates initiative and confidently contributes to the decision-making process.
  • Promote and fosters a no blame culture when dealing with incident reporting.

Decision Making Authority

  • Work is to be performed according to Regulatory authorities and NMC Sunny guidelines in terms of accepted professional practice

Qualifications

    Qualifications Required : Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business administration

     ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in related field.
