Job Description

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Specialty training in Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU).
• Proven experience in a PICU setting (minimum 3 years).
• Board certification in Pediatric Critical Care is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure with the UAE health authorities (DHA/HAAD/MOH).
• Fluent in English & Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for pediatric patients.
• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and nurses in the PICU.
